This award recognizes my contributions as a member of the Backend Department at BCC FILKOM Universitas Brawijaya, where I was nominated as the Best Staff for my commitment, technical contributions, and active involvement throughout the organization. Working alongside a talented team, I contributed to backend development projects while strengthening my skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering reliable software solutions. The recognition reflects not only technical performance but also consistency, responsibility, and dedication to supporting the organization's initiatives.
To be honest, I never expected to be nominated for this award. Academic life was already challenging enough at the time. I was learning courses I had never even heard of before, while also trying to contribute to the community through the organization. Somehow, I managed to make it through.
None of it would have been possible on my own. I had people beside me. People I laughed with, struggled with, and sometimes even cried with. Looking back, this award reminds me that the journey was never just about writing code or completing tasks. It was about growing together with the people who made those difficult days worth remembering.
